There is no account to delete

CatLingo has no sign-up, no login and no user records. We collect no data, so we hold nothing about you on any server and there is nothing on our side to erase.

Everything the app knows about you and your cat lives on your phone.

Deleting your data from the app

Open CatLingo → Me → Delete data → Yes, delete everything.

That immediately erases, on the device:

• every reading in the journal,
• all cat profiles and their avatars,
• your settings (measurement length, sensitivity, appearance, language),
• the adjustment the app learned from your "Was that right?" answers,
• the free-reading counter.

Uninstalling CatLingo removes the same data.

Audio is never part of this, because audio is never stored: it is analysed in memory during the measurement and discarded when the measurement ends.

Your subscription

Deleting app data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → CatLingo.

Your purchase record is held by Google, not by us. To have Google delete data associated with your Google account, use Google's own controls.

If you want to be sure

Write to [email protected] and we will confirm in writing that we hold no personal data of yours. We normally reply within a few days.
